Front to back: Pen (barrel), 1/8" tee, 1/8" nipple, blowgun, 1/4" nipple, bottle cap, 2L soda bottle, tire valve. To shoot: the bottle is filled with air and the blowgun releases the air, pushing a BB from the barrel.
The ROF formula (muzzle-loaded) is # of PSI/2. (Ex. 60 PSI=30 shots)
The top of the tee can hold a grav-fed magazine.
How can I make this gun shoot harder/further??? BBs usually just plop out of the barrel.

I always thought that the only efficient homemade bb guns are the strafers. All other non full auto designs are with not better quality then a bb gun from the nearest shop.

Blowgun is a suckish valve for that purpose. It does not release the air fast enough. Maybe you should start from scratch and build a piston valve gun? It realy just took me two days to put one together including time spent searching for parts. The only exception is mine shoots marbles not bbs

I don't have a good enough compressor for a strafer and I don't want to make a piston valve gun.
I want to keep the gun fairly simple so I think Benny's idea is the best.
How would I give this gun hopup?

There is a small piece of rubber ar the muzzle. It applies friction to the upper side of the BB, giving it a backspin. That makes it curve upwards, thus giving it more range.
Would work on golf ball or marble spud guns, too.
