I see how all of the people that have hybrids have a long cord that has a button that ignites the gun. I am trying to do that with my stun gun switch... so all I have to do is take the old switch out and solder the wires to the new push button switch that has a, say, 25ft cord to the wires that connect to the stun gun and it will work. Right?

Are you telling me you're gonna make a hybrid but don't know how to wire a remote switch?

In 4 words:
Yes, that would work.
Yes, that would work.
this is a little off topic, but what is your experience in making spud guns?
also, make sure you wire it correctly, and not on the default nodes (the 2 things that have sparks going between them when you turn it on).

i know ive used stun guns before. i know u use a series circutusing the outer 2 nodes that are pointing vertically
How about you remove the circuit from the stun gun and eliminate a switch and put a new one in place of the second?
Or I could make a good ignition box for ya with a fan controler and remote line.
(See signature below.)
