I have looked around and i was wondering whats the best way to make a piston for a 1in brass tee

you gotta check with pigelo. (not sure about the name) He made a copper piston, I think his piston was from epoxy.

I have with great succes made a piston as large as 18mm from copper, and used it to a bit over 450psi. As long as you stay low on weight aside from the copper, i would believe its possible to use that method with a 1" piston too.
