Ok i don't really know how to explain this but here goes....

does any one know how or what should i use if i wanted to put a video camera or small recording (something really cheap) unit inside a prejectile and then fire it up into the air, allowing us to see what it really looks like from high above ???

If you get what i mean....

Anything would be a great help
thanks so much

Get yourself one of these for just over 80 bucks and use your launcher to boost it to even higher altitude ;) there are several ideas for head separation and recovery if you search around on the forum.

It is somewhat unknown whether cameras tend to survive in the barrel of a spudgun or not. Id recommend a low pressure, long barrel pneumatic launcher for that.
It might be cool if you have an old camera laying around and find out if it works.

But the rocket idea seems also cool.
Also, you could always start with a camera attached to a parachuted water rocket.
Till the day I'm dieing, I'll keep them spuddies flying, 'cause I can!

It would need to be something rocket like so you could predict what end would be up when you take the picture/video.
