This hybrid we just started recently and are not quite done with the camera flash dumped through the ignition coil part. But everything seems to come along nicely.

The spark plug idea came from Frocksie's hybrid( i think :D )

The rest is just a basic hybrid pretty much

Chamber: 12" of 2" SCH40 Steel Plus fittings and such

Barrel(not pictured):10' 3/4in copper pipe

Ignition: Camera Flash dumped through ignition coil

Fuel: Air/Propane and soon Oxy/Propane

Hope you like it
:)

A 5LB Ignot of lead
not sure on how high we will take it yet but should get it to at least 6x

Damage shots by monday or tuesday because Sddds13 is bringing over the ignition coil then.

That thing looks like a jack hammer.. Looks good though.

I don't think you should use that cardboard tube as a silencer...just something wrong about using wood and paper products on the end of a 6X hybrid...

Here's a little discussion about casting your own shot.

Spudfarm: what will be the ignition troubles with it being there?

On second thought the silencer will be used on a different cannon of mine. :)

i think i will put an oring on the union if it doesnt seal very well. Does it need one on each side or not?

it will be like so:
you fuel it and all the gas is in the back of the chamber, then you add air pushing all the fuel away from the spark plug.

HAY what are you going to use my silencer on? Then again I doubt that we will be able to dampen any sound out of a 6X mix. lol but the hell we won't try. Glad everyone likes my lead. lol Got to love ACE hardware.
