Looks good, glad to see you're continuing building even away from home (wherever that may be). It's always good to have an instrument to wreak havoc with when frustrated. :D

You spend two afternoons working on a ghetto BBMG and people still have to talk more about where you live  :)

To answer your question though, I probably won't even take it home with me. I had made my standalone vortex project over 3 years ago and it's certainly more refined that what I have here.

Hmm... I'd guess like denmark or belgium or something. I think I've heard of those countries related to him before. Maybe only by a wrong guess though...

Your little bbmg inspired me to make my own five minute one that I pump up with my bike pump. Thing is that I use my air compressor hose that I normally use with my CO2 tank, so that's a lot to drag around. Torn up soda cans are all over my garage.

As always, educated guesses by PM ;)

Nope, too far North.

Glad to have been of some inspiration :) I'd love to have a compressor here though, was contemplating buying one for 80 euros but it's a lot to spend for something that I'd use till December then leave here.

No, it means "GUESSES BY PM ARE YOU [EXPLETIVES] BLIND?!?!"

:D

back to the actual subject of this thread, here's a video:

edit: video deleted, better ones uploaded, see below:

sorry it's upside down, blame youtube!

In any case, that's the first and last video I managed to make today. That was at 75 psi. I ramped it up to 95 psi and the BB chamber shattered as soon as I fired it. BBs everywhere, but no one was hurt.

Now, do I repair it, or use the barrel for a single shot airsoft sniper, now that I have my shock pump with me... hmmm...

FFS guys! He told you to guess by PM only yet you continue to post in this thread.

I already deleted a few posts the other week from this thread for the same thing. As JSR said, what part of 'educated guesses by PM' do you not understand?

Sorry JSR for the hijack, but it seems they're just not getting it.

Indeed, nothing wrong with a bit of abject ghettoness here and there as long as stuff works :)

I can understand you scepticism, and it's not a new bucket, but the plastic is still very flexible - ie not brittle - and single shots from my airsoft springer pistol won't even dent it, so the BBMG really isn't bad for what it is.

Also, don't forget, it's got a small BB chamber, so little pressure loss, and relatively high flow valve, which i grip very quickly in order to maximise chamber dumping

hmm, to put it another way, if he ripped the cloud chamber away and used it as a single shot, do you think it would have penetrated?

i think so and know it :D
