It all comes down to one word really. Respect. I don't care if somone wants to play 'lets jam fireworks in various parts of our bodies!' or other similar activities, so long as it doesn't hurt anyone other than the participant and doesn't destroy anyones property (although, people like this were probably the reason most fireworks are banned in most of Australia in the first place, but you get the point)

If there is one thing more people need, it is respect for others. There are just so many people who would willingly put others at risk and/or hurt people for their own amusment.
I wonder how much deeper the ocean would be without sponges.
Right now I'm having amnesia and deja vu at the same time. I think I've forgotten this before.

I don't know that people realize that eggs can actually damage a car's paint, and paint jobs are not cheap. Heck I would rather be shot-up with a paintball gun than get my car egged again.

Personally immaturity is for me a thing of the past, and I feel sharing this story will help some of the younger SF users from making the same immature mistakes, because my story ended without anyone in my car getting injured, killed, or incarcerated, but that will not always be the case. I was 16 when that story took place, I now have a wife and 2 kids, and am in the military, so alot has changed... I do justify my actions still, the drug dealers in that area are still afraid to deal on the street anymore, and the hookers, well theyll never go away, so unfortunately some pimp will continue to keep the dealers in business... we didnt stop the cycle, but we slowed it down...and yes, had fun doing it

I don't blame you for trying to get rid of drug dealers, it may not have been the best idea, but I'll bet it was great fun  It would have been a completely different story if you had been shooting innocent people, but in my opinion, drug dealers would be fair game.

The area that I used to live in used to be a good place to live, but drug dealers started to move there and of course where there are drug dealers there are gangs, so that significantly raised the crime rates. I was 4 years old when my family moved away from that area, but I can clearly remember one night when my neighbor was robbed and shot as part of a gang initiation. The woman's son saw the whole thing (he was 7 years old at the time). The woman survived but is paralyzed from the neck down. That was when my parents decided that we needed to move.

Oh most definitely! No doubt, egging a car is a pretty slimey thing to do to someone. However, it still doesn't compare to shooting someone in the face.

I don't think that they deserve the punishment they got. That was your soccer moms at work. But they deserve a month or so to learn their lesson. You don't want them to become bitter, because that will only cause them to become worse. A year would do that. At least to me it would. A month would seem like an eternity, so... I don't see the point in giving them FOUR YEARS.
