Haven't been on in a while. I got some plans together for a pretty simple gun I was thinking of. Unfortunately I'm on my new computer which doesn't have photoshop yet,so I'm stuck with paint
I still need a solid concept for the firing mechanism. The power supply is in the works but I've run into a mental roadblock
As you can see I have a relatively complete sketch for a C02 cartridge feeding system (minus the valves as I'm still weighing my options) but then I thought of something.
What if I made a permanent chamber that could be pressurized? Then I thought of something else.
What if I finagled a valve that could fed power by store bought C02 cartidges AND a homemade removable re-usable chamber.
Then I realized I got way ahead of my self. So I'm just offering the plans for speculation and critique. They are pretty vague so feel free to ask any questions. I'm open to suggestions, and I'd really appreciate any ideas on making it capable of multiple types of chambers.
also, this is the cap pistol I'm building off of http://content.kapowwe.com/images/1-1-96.jpg
It works like a real flintlock except no half cock. It disassembles into a 4 main parts: The trigger mechanism/trigger guard, the barrel,, the lock and hammer, and the body.
