i'm trying to make a 2'' coakel canon with a 1/2'' bearl and i can't seem to make a good piston i red something about using hot glue as a piston. thanks for the help.

To start with, capitalize and spell correctly. Then, I think that a 1.5" Sch 80 end cap might fit well in 2" pipe.

i made a piston out of a piece of 2'' plastic rod with some ruber i got at lowes, but it did not seel good at all.

Get a 2 inch sch40 plug, spray in non-stick spray, and then melt down gluesticks into the plug until its about 1-1.5 inches thick, when it cools down just knock it out of your mould, and bolt some rubber (neoprene) to the frount.
