can any one help me

im short of electrical tape
so im wondering if duct is shock proof

Shock proof as in electrical? If that is what you mean then yes, at least it is for me.

Ya if you cant Duct it, F it. Just put a few layers on.

Duct tape is not really shock proof but with 2 or 3 layers will stop you from getting a shock, I wouldn't recommend using it on high power electronics but small 12v systems and etc go ahead.
