Here is what I am looking to do:
I would like to build the most powerful combustion cannon (within a reasonable budget) from home depot PVC piping. It is probably going to be a spray & pray model, because I enjoyed my last one much more than my metered propane effort.
Essentially, I am looking for the most bang for my buck out of a PVC cannon with the least work possible. I have built a few other cannons, and would just like something reliable that I don't have to kill myself to build (or lug an air compressor around for it.
Thank you for any and all suggestions.
I was planning to make interchangeable threaded barrels and use a golf-ball barrel as one.

Umm, well I really don't have much to say...
You can chose from inline or over-under.
The only other thing for power is that you could run multiple sparks from a stun gun.
And I guess a fan.
Maybe even a burst disk...
I don't want to sound mean or anything but there really isn't that much to consider.
I'd say what you want is an inline, 1' x 4" chamber with grill sparker and ball valve at back for easy fueling, and threads at front of chamber for interchangeable barrels.
Btw, next time just edit your firs post instead of making another one...

Life's too short to mark off the items on your wish list...

Most powerful home depot gun:
cellcore ABS over under advanced combustion.
4" chamber (18")
2" barrel (60")
180° u-bend
screw on end cap configuration for chamber servicing.
chamber fan (80mm)
2-3 spark gap spark strip
propane metering.
I made on just like this and it has some serious friggin power. You won't get a spray and pray anywhere near the performance of a cannon like this. It is cheap, light weight and safe to use becuase ABS doesn't grenade on your ass when and if it ever fails (mine has not failed). Here is the cannon before I added a longer barrel. THe pictures show the very short, noob-like barrel I had on it first.
