I'm guessing you used the 30-300 fps mode? For some reason, I can't get that mode to do anything but 30 and 300 fps, no steps.

In other news, the idiots in hong kong can't find the problem with my camera, and it'd beginning to look like it's the cards I am using.

What's your exact problem? When I shot a water melon the video was messed up for about 3seconds and then was normal in 10 sec before it repeated itself.
This made me mad since it was an absolutely beutiful shot but changing to a 20mb/s card fixed it.

It freezes the whole camera in standard video mode. The only way to fix it is to remove the battery, and that corrupts the video file completely because there is no footer in the MPEG, because it stopped writing the video unexpectedly. One could probably add the footer from another video file in a hex editor but...

Where's you get the 20 MBps cards?

That's strange. My camera (While using a temporary mem card) just froze the video for a few seconds (real time) before it started again.
Probably something with the camera. You might be able to get a new one if you ask them.

My card is a SanDisk extreme 20MB/s at 4gb. Like made for the camera.

It is 20Megabytes.

My FC150 had a lens problem which caused shutdown every time the camera entered recording mode. I sent it away for repairs and received it in the mail 8 days later, in perfect working order at no charge.

Thanks, the Casio warranty on mine expired, and when I called for a repair quote, I was falsely told $350, so I sent it to Hong Kong to my retailer.

If that's a shipping company there is nothing in the way for you to throw it with all your might at a wall once recieved and demand money equal to the contents back from the shipping company.

I don't know if that's possible in the US but it certainly is in Norway

As to the video, I think the lightning is quite good. It raises contrast. Looks like you used a very powerful filament light and high shutter speeds.
It also keeps the viewers attention at the spot where lightning is best.

I wish I lived someplace else then Norway so I could use higher shutter speeds outside, with the settings I have to use everything turns out blurry.

I didn't actually use the 30 to 210 function I just sped up portions of the 210 footage to try to make it slightly more interesting.

N.B: The shot at the soda bottle must've caused hydrostatic shock since a 2cmx2cm piece of plastic about 3mm thick blew out from the bottom of the bottle (you can see water pouring directly out the bottom instead of the sides).

410FPS is actually a lot more decent than I expected. Good thing it's summer, I don't need any lighting for shooting outside.
