6mm mag fed full auto
This gun utilises a screw in rubber washer compression fitting to adjust the amount of pressure required to burst a bb through the washer.
The mag is a section of barrel tube with pen springs pushing bbs up into the tee. The mag holds 20 rounds. I chose to have a smaller mag capacity as i will explain later.
The mag seal is facing up. It was made from silicon glue. The mag can be inserted or removed quickly.
This is the barrel. You are looking at the fitting that screws into the end of the 1/4 inch thee. A male fitting squashes into the rubber washer inside and makes the hole smaller.
The end of the chamber with a schrader. Shock pump attached.

the fire rate slowed down because i had it popping at 160 psi (i think) and i only filled the chamber to around 200psi. I used 0.25g bbs.
I didn't post this in the showcase because i want to fit it into a scar h body.
Eg.
Some of you may think the 20 round mag is not enough. But i want the final product to be realistic and have changeable mags.
The final product will be popping around 100-120psi as i want to skirmish with it. The chamber can be filled to 400psi plus so i think i will have enough air for several mags.
That chamber will go in the buttstock of the scar, connected by paintball hpa hose with 1/8 inch npt ends. All connections will be internal.
The stuff is all arriving by post to make the body. The picatinny rails arrived today. The body will be handmade scultped with an epoxy sculptamold mix. I am using epoxy pigment paste for the colouring.
I would like to personally thank JSR because without his inspiration it would have taken me a lot longer to get this far.
Now i need to go rest my thumbs, i have had to touch type all this with my android phone LOL I am in agony.

Good to see the valveless concept applied
What's the rate of fire like, performance, shots per fill, we need data!
oh, and videos!
Glad to have been of help, but credit to you for putting it together successfully.
Can't see the video from here but I'll check it out when I'm home.
As to making the body, why not check out if there are some cheap and "realistic" water pistols/toy guns out there that you could scavenge the body from to put it together with minimum effort, especially if you'll be making several of these for skirmishing?

Basically here in uptightland anything approaching acceptable aesthetics would be illegal to sell. I'm rather a vain person and to be honest having a good looking gun is almost as important as having a working one.
And i look forward to doing what i enjoy most; building inane objects from scratch, even if it is a direct copy. The fn scar is quite the seductress; it was probably procured by the special forces because they couldn't stop eyeballing it more than anything else

Just saw the video, if that thing is putting airsoft BBs through ply and you want to use it for skirmishing, you might want to turn it down a little, ie loosen the pop-off washer.
In order to turn down rate of fire, you can also add a flow restriction between the blowgun and the magazine, which coulpled with a looser washer should give you more shots per fill

If you want to build the body from scratch, check out my Inline BBMG M16 thread, it has a little info on how I constructed the body and I need to post some updates on of these days... lol. Good job on the gun and I am looking forward to the finish product!

How is the magazine held in place, is it a simple push-fit? do you have to hold it while firing?

thats good concept, so simple:D
Currently I've found i have to hold it in or it pops out. When the body is built the mag will have a proper shape and have a catch.
Actually, on the subject of the mag, there is a problem. Currently i have to hold onto the mag end to keep the bbs in the tube until i insert it. So i need a system that prevents the springs pushing all the bbs out until the mag is inserted, otherwise i i have to put bbs in the tube and cram them down with my finger until i insert the mag.
In other news, i have begun sculpting the stock. I have oven dried the sculptamold, but sanding it into shape by hand is proving difficult. I'm slogging through it though...

@fizento the trigger pull has a wide range. I can fire single shots easily. Being able to shoot semi is very important. I also hate spray and pray, limiting it to 20 shots forces me to aim.
Stock is coming along, should be another 2 to 3 days on the stock.
