Mine would have a 50cm x 5.2cm copper chamber. A 100cm x 2.8cm barrel. And use 2 1" QEV (£80 each.)
If your getting chased off a police dog, try not to run through a tunnel then onto a small see-saw then through a ring of fire. They are trained for that!
Actually, mine would be <a href="http://www.spudfiles.com/forums/viewtop ... &">this</a>. It's got everything I need without being overkill and is extremely low maintenance but not enough to be too easy. It looks nice, feels nice, and is simple and fun to use with other people.
But actually now that I think more about it, maybe a good midsized handheld nitrous pneumatic that functions similar to the Blue Flame. I think I'll make one.

It would look something like this
And it would fire a barrage of 500 potatoes at the target with the push of a button.
That or it would be a modded out m1 abrams main battle tank, that fires potatoes instead of explosive shells.

My dream cannon will be a backpack pneumatic, (not COMBUSTION, gort), designed to shoot at 800 PSI using unregulated CO2. It would shoot golfballs at a semi-automatic rate of fire at about 1200 feet per second, and would operate entirely off of itself by the usage of pneumatic cylinders.
The valve would be a 3" quick exhaust valve, (NO... I don't know if they actually make them), and would be designed to hold cryogenic temperatures and high pressures.
