Gun name: Marble MG by Brian the brain

Type: Pneumatic
Caliber: 16mm
Barrel lenght: Aprox 65 cm
Construction material: All metal
Max pressure: 16 bar
Reservoir : 4liter
Valve: Fire extinquisher valve ( high flow)
Power source: High pressure hand pump
Ammo: Marbles
Magazine capacity: 23 marbles ( configured like a bullpup)
R.O.F: Roughly 20 rpm
Sights: modified laser tool

It rips up drywall at 10 bar.My experience says it WILL rip up 1/2"plywood at 16 bar.The mag and rise tube restrict the marbles from piling up or passing each other.THis means I can load a slightly oversized marble as the last one to close off airflow when the gun is empty. So I waste no air when the mag is empty.

very nice design. i really like how you used a fire extinguisher valve as your trigger. thats something very few people do. im tempted to use a fire extinguisher on a friend of mine to use up the CO2 just to get to the valve, as well as the metal tank as a resevoir. what is your estimated range with this puppy? and also do you have any idea as to the speed of the marbels when they fly out of the barrel?

Wow thatd suck, i like this gun, mines is much simpler, i like the handle. If later on you have any ideas of what to do with a fire estinguisher i made a semi auto (easily upradable to full) golf ball shooter and a soda can shooter, FUN. Peace.

That thing is definately badass man. Do you get a reasonable rate of fire?

The last marble doesn,t really get stuck. It just blocks the barrel inlet when pressurised, and drops back if I release the trigger. If not I can always poke it out muzzle-loader style using a rod.
i have no clue on the distance.I ve only done testshots and I want to retrieve the marbles to re-use them.

Wow, that took my breath away. More brillience from Brian.
Tough compitition too.
Great job, I love the style of this cannon. You should add some sort of butt plate for looks and comfort.
Forever dreaming...

The back "rise tube" has soft rubber padding.
I could do it for looks, but I'm happy with it as it is.Only thing left to do is a silencer.

Holy crrrrrappp!!
I just did some more testing. At 13 bar this time.I had a sheet of cardboard as a target. The gun fired pretty loud, so the dog next door started barking. Not something I want to repeat, considering it's illegal here...

Because before I didn't have enough marbles, I only filled the mag up with 15.I bought me some more.I estimated I could fit 8 more in...To my surprise the mag can hold 30.
It took around 2 seconds before it emptied.Brrrrrp
Not like your regular strafer...Because of it's slower rate of fire it sounds more like a real machine gun!!

A couple of marbles came out shattered (hehehe).I counted about 5 smaller impact holes, and some even smaller ones with needle like shards in them. The rest were all nice round marble-holes.

The backing I put up consisted of plastic bags to take the speed out of the shots.I wouldn't want to get hit by a ricochet.Behind the bags was plywood.
Still the plywood got deep imprints, although none of the marbles went through.I guess the bags didn't take out all the speed.

It's not something that should fall into the wrong hands...It looked quite dangerous...buit really really cool hahaha.I love this thing!!

After I was done shooting, I went back in the house to find my wife pretty upset about the noise it made. She doesn't want the neighbours to think I'm firing off a machinegun.I did it inside my garage and she could hear it inside the house muuuuhahahhaa!!!

RPM should have been rounds per second.
