well gbb pistols use propane/green gas they only have i guess a few cc of liquid that can fit in the grip, that's kinda useless the only thing you can do is test it out to see how your valve need to get the velocity you want or just make the gun and then fill the rest with little chamber every tied to gather and hope for the best.
also post pics of this new valve your taking about.
edit: GGDT wont get hes using liquid gas
Calling all those who have gas bb guns...

As for using GGDT it does not work as Crna Legija said,
and agreeably I think that It will be quite trial and error when making it, but I just wanted something to base my thoughts on so I start off on the right track!
as for pictures of my valve they are coming soon, just polishing my designs on g-sketchup.
(sorry for editing a few times... might be a bit confusing for some)

No, but you can model your own gas. I'm not entirely sure how tough.cammyd32 wrote:GGDT does not have propane on it, does it?

You could send D_Hall a pm. He's the creator of GGDT and HGDT. He surely knows how to use his own program

Mine uses about 250 cc of air per shot. Those numbers will be different on each bb gun.

I'm not very familiar with bb guns, as I live in a country where they are illegal.
The first thing that pops up in my mind when you are talking about problems with gbb guns, is that it might have too little time to load the bb before the slide returns, thus jamming the gun.
The gun I was talking about is my 6 mm musket. It has a barrel of 80 cm.

Sorry for double posting but I felt it needed a new post,
Here is the url for my g-sketchup model of my valve i will be using http://sketchup.google.com/3dwarehouse/ ... revstart=0
I color coded it for easy manipulating so you can cycle it by selecting the bolt component and moving it, so you can see see how it works.
I did not include the springs as it was a real pain to put in, but they are easy to imagine there.
