Surely there's someone in the US with a slightly bigger lathe who will make you one, something like this is relatively easy and quick to machine.mattyzip77 wrote:I wish you could make a 2 inch version!!

2" just like this? I have 2 1/4" aluminum in stock if you want a aluminum piston...mattyzip77 wrote:That did come out extremely nice, almost perfect. I wish you could make a 2 inch version!!
You have to send your cylinder for a custom fit other wise there is no guarantee on size match...

Yay! Glad you received it and the tolerance is within your needs, looking forward to seeing it on a working launcher
On a sadder note, I was very angry to hear that the pengun nose I had sent to Gun Freak arrived likethis. I hope the enormous set of female genitalia who stole it pokes at least one of his or her eyes out with it

I've ordered literally hundreds of things from eBay, only once did a box arrive empty, and luckily the seller agreed to resend. It's a shame that it should happen, to be honest I made a mistake not sending it in a thicker envelope, suppose I was thinking "who the fu(k would steal a small aluminium cone?"
Oh well...

Wow, never heard of things being stolen from packages and the packages still being delivered. Like you, I've ordered hundreds of things off the internet, not until last week did I have a package not arrive. The seller resent the goods for free
Nice job with the piston by the way, I wish I could think of something awesome you could machine for me

Trough the layer of tape JSR also put on my envelope?
Maybe I can make some progress on the gun tomorrow, I need to drill 30 mm holes in the gas bottle, and they only have the needed drill bit at school
The piston itself, or the fact that I got it without problems?Labtec, making me jealous

I completely understand...
At closer inspection, About 1 square cm wasn't covered with tape. I expected better from you, JSR
