Thx JSR, but you see those arent scratches, those are welding marks. If the back of a blade doesnt have those, something is wrong

HEY GUYS!
Right now i have some free time, and i was thinking if someone would like to start a puukko project?
So i have few meters of steel, anybody would like a blade? of course i cant give them for free, steel is expensive, sanding belts cost's etc.
For small blade (1"-2"), the price is going to be from 15€ to 25€, depending on material
For bigger blade (over 2" to 4") the price is 25-35€, again depending on material
And for a large blade( over 4") the price is setting from 35€ and up
I got right now few weeks before i start to read for exams, id say i could do 3 to 5 blades in that time

Can I ask, how fine an edge can you get, also how's the point of the blade? And are they good working knives, and are they usable for skinning?
Not this year, but I'll be interested in a 3" 3 1/2" fairly soon, I miss eating rabbit.

My blades are made to working. Puukko blade desing is straightly suitable for skinning and woodworking, cutting meat etc.
But if you or someone else wants a blade, first we deside what you are going to do whit it, then ill think how hard the blade can be
EDIT and the edges are razor sharp when they are finished, is that sharp enugh?

That would be perfect, It won't be a general pocket knife, just for (highlight this if you aren't easily offended) cutting rabbit throats, skinning and gutting them That text is in white, but it's about hunting.
As long as the blade has a sharp tip, and cuts without much resistance. My current hunting knife, 6 inch bowie, far too big for rabbits, but I can shave with it, almost as sharp as a cutthroat razor.
I'm quite broke now, but sometime February next year I should have enough. I believe you sent a knife into Australia before, did that get through customs?
I fell in love with the 5 inch you made, but 5" is too big, I'll go with a 4 inch blade, how much for a traditional sheath? I'm happy to pay just about anything for a traditional puuko and sheath.
They are gorgeous.

Nope, iv never sended a puukko to AUS... well my puukkos starts from 70euros, that 5" puukko was 125euros, including sheath. Right now im only offering blades, making a full puukko takes 8 to 15hours work.
For a traditional puukko i would make max. 4" blade, pretty narrow in shape. That would be good for your purposes

Hmm, puukko and sheath, for that price i make the handle too, or did i understant you wrong? A proper shieth is impossible to make withouth the puukko
For that price ill do the handle from birchbarn and heat treat the blade in traditional japanese style

Good taste with the nugget, get another bayonet, slip the blade of one through the lug of the other bayonet, and you have a double sided assault nugget bayonet.
Believe me, the best thing to do with nugget bayonets, except stacking one on the other while attached to the rifle, up to six can be used reasonably.

The Mosin bayonet is a finely calibrated multipurpose tool, and it's flexibility shouldn't be underestimated. You can use it to:
Stab people
Poke holes in things
Open ammo spam-cans
Open food/beer cans
Turn screws
Pry open lids
Pry open manhole covers
Cook marshmallows
Club baby seals
Scratch that hard-to-reach itch in the middle of your back
Poke something out of arms reach
Make ice sculptures
Confuse AR owners
I think I may have missed a few things. Feel free to add to the list.
