mythbusters tryed to make one it worked out all right but did jam, they didn't hit anyone's house with that experiment though :lol:

How about something like a PEST, but with a pneumatically driven rotor?

Or better yet, use an air tool to spin the rotor. Maybe a Harbor Freight die grinder or something.

With a one inch disk (lets say it goes down to 40,000 rpm) it could potentially shoot at well over the speed of sound.

The question is, can it sustain that actual rpm. Maybe with 1mm BBs :D

Realistically, a larger grinder is better for 0.177" or airsoft BBs
