Pics!
The frame is welded together and major components are test fit.
The frame will be powder coated safety yellow and all other plates and parts will be powder coated black.
I will update this thread as my time allows.

I have a wheeled dolly I will use (hand truck).
It is not that bad to pick up. Two people can carry it very easily, one person can pick it up, but not really carry it around.

Some color...........
It is just back from the powder-coater.
Now for the fun part---- making the braided lines, running all electrical (an labelling the harness), and doing all related plumbing. I also need to letter the console with labelling and grouping of all related switches, lights, guages, and output ports accordingly.

I see it´s going to be a very nice homemade HPA compressor, I love it

Wow, I may have to use this idea. My grandfather is going to teach me how to weld soon, so I will be able to make a frame. Just need the compressors, gauges, and safety switches. Looks good though!

Looks great! Makes me want to build a fridgy setup

Console is lettered and bordered and cleared. The border is pinstripe. The letters are made on a P-touch label maker. Then I cleared over it with plastic headlight coating.
I have $15 spent on the console lettering and striping. Not bad.......

I say put it up on Ebay to see what it's worth.
You could run a business on these.
Quiet HP compressor?
Lots of nailguns run on 22 bar these days but the compressors are VERY pricey.
Looks very well made!

Update:
The compressor is basically finished (pics to follow later tonight or tomorrow). I must say it is working better than I expected. I had a couple minor problems related to wiring and a couple air leaks. But, I repaired those and have been doing extensive testing. Here are my findings;
It takes about 6 minutes to fill the 3 gallon tank from zero to 200 psi. Once filled, the pressure switch cycles it back on at 150 psi. There is a primary line bleed valve to unload the feed line after the compressor shuts off. This was needed because if the compressor tries to restart too quickly after shutoff, it cannot because of back pressure in the feed line. The unloading valve works like a charm allowing repeated restarts without a problem.
I made it a point to think of everything on this project. There is a light on the console to indicate when each compressor is turned on (not a run indicator, but an indicator that says the power switch is turned on). There is a light for the fan power switch, and there is a different color light that comes on only when the first stage compressor is running. These compressors are so quiet, I cannot tell when the primary is running. So, the small light is handy to let me know when the compressor turns back on.
There is a high pressure outlet and 3 low pressure outlets. One is an unregulated output from the tank, one is a regulated low pressure output (0 to 150 psi), the third low pressure regulated output has a momentary button that opens a solenoid valve feeding that quick disconnect output only when pressed. This is a neat feature allowing me to only charge a cannon when that button is pressed. I have already found a number of uses for this pulsed output.
I tested the high pressure output thoroughly today. It hit 1,050 psi before one air line came off the hose barb. This is a braided stainess line that I shortened and attached to a brass hose barb. I will machine a longer hose barb with deeper barbs to allow 1,000 psi safely. Let me tell you, it was loud when that line blew! Aside from that, however, the high pressure side woks wonders. Even on my cannons that only require 300 psi or lower (enough for one fridge compressor to charge by itself), this two stage setup pressurizes 3 times faster than a single compressor alone. I am thrilled about that!
Anyway, long post. But, I wanted you guys to know it is finished and working.
I will post pictures hopefully tonight.
