It seems to have some stability issues though, maybe the wall thickness of the cavity is too much.
At a quick glance, I'd go for about 1/4 of that wall thickness for a start.

Hmm, maybe 1mm or 0.75mm then?

You're missing the depth and width of the o-ring groove, and the depth of the bored section on the side with the male thread.

You're also missing the alloy and heat treatment required (I only see "stainless steel"), as well as all of the tolerances.

The machinist making it made me something before with the male side of this diagram on it, i told him to do it the same and the alloy and heat treatment dosen't matter as it will be made with off cuts, the tolerances are the same as the old part (he knows this) 0.04

Can anyone in near the south-west united states region give me an estimate on 1/2" NPT male to 5/8-18UNF female bushing that can handle 3000Psi? Basically I'm making my own mini HPA tank and I want to be able to fit a standard HPA tank reg to it

Couldn't get the adapter from Ratermann, eh? It'll probably be quite a bit cheaper if you ask for female NPT threads rather than male - less work that way.

Goats....are you planning to remove the pin valve from the regulator?

Nope, sent them an email, but I don't think it's gonna work out. Anyway, the only reason I was hoping for male NPT threads was because the regulators have to thread in so far that it wouldn't seal unless I left room for it. I suppose I would like a 3/4 NPT 5/8-18UNF coupling. So any price quotes?

You can't come up with a combination of fittings to make the connection? It would turn out a little bulkier but cheaper I think. Or go to a hardware store that builds hydraulic hoses and they should have any combination you can think of...

Side note: The worst thing about owning anything made by Central Machinery is trying to get factory made parts! I've been waiting on "shaft bolts" for 4 1/2 to 5 months now. I'm getten upset about it now! :o

Hydraulic adapters and multiple pieces? Doesn't sound very cheap, plus it will be ugly as hell. I want it to look good, so I believe machining is my best option. I'm not on too tight of a budget, I'd just like a quote on the price
