I was wondering do i have to cap off the whole in the second picture it's half inch hole.

no leave it as it is!! the bottom hole is where your barrel will go, the side hole, the bigger one, is for your chamber, the small 1/8 inch hole on top is for your pilot. If you need help, pm me.

What about the 1/2" hole he asked about in the second picture? There are four holes, two seem to be located on the pilot.

You are confusing socket head screws on the 4 points of the pilot valve.

The center hole is for the pilot (blowgun or whatever), the 1/2 inch is the pilot exhaust.
Remember this has two valves.

It may be safe now, but down the road, who knows??? Next time wait the full 24. They say 24 hours for a reason!

FFS. Is it really that hard to follow instructions? They're there to protect you. If you disregard your own safety, you shouldn't be building spudguns. If the gun failed and took out your eye, it wouldn't take much for the media to find this place.

Why did you say so yourself that it probably wasn't a good idea to only wait 12? That gave us the impression you were using 24-hour cure PVC cement and not 2-hour cure cement.

If what you say is indeed correct, then there's nothing wrong with waiting 12 hours.

I have no idea what type of cement you used but I never heard of such a thing. So, if you waited 2 more hours, it would have been good for 200 psi?? Makes no sense to me. Actually, I'm calling shenanigans on you, lets see a pic of the cement can, lol!!!
