Your are not alone...the only thing I do that's "spudgun" related is shoot the first one I made when we have company...always puts on the big grins and brings on the laughs.

Gippeto, I've been meaning to ask you, Have you ever done any range tests with that badass high pressure coax of yours? I made a coax similar in design to it for a customer a few years back for just that purpose.
Yeah, it's that important.

Not sure what you mean by "range test"...groups or distance...in either case..no. Haven't had it charged since the last video I think.

Have tossed around building another "large" bore airgun utilizing what I've learned since.(the co-ax was designed and started before I joined here) Have found a fellow who makes rifle barrels, surprisingly not too far away...gent produces some darn fine match winning barrels...any rifling rate you want...even gain twist.

Too many projects currently on the go to even consider starting another though.

Ah, you designed on the talon airgun forum? And yeah your projects always appealed to me because they are closely tied to commercial airguns and the like. Any hints you can drop on your current projects?
Yeah, it's that important.

No, I wasn't on any airgun forum when I designed the co-ax. But odd you'd mention the TAG. :)

Three "condor-ish" builds...two (Blod valve-ish) .25cal and a third using a knock to crack/blow open/regulating valve for 9mm....alternate setup for this frame with knock to crack blow open valve (partially balanced spool valve) to go with the .45 GM barrel leaning against the workbench.

And another "standard" pcp build...rifle again in .25 cal for pesting past 100yards.

Have an old drawing of the valve for the 9mm...utilizes a paintball hpa tank for quick refills.

This one got a little further:

The quadrotor is impressive, but less impressive than a human being going up a small flight of stairs...

Should be:

Anybody have any construction experience?

Say I'm building an inexpensive concrete block building but don't want a full slab (I want a 2' crawlspace). How do you attach the sill plate, rim joists, etc.? Do I build a smaller 16" high (for 2x6 rim and floor joists) wall directly inside the larger exterior wall with girder pockets and sill anchors? Or is there some sort of block or hanger designed for this?

Yeah... they're all like "whoah, everything has to be so precise, zero margin for error, it *is* rocket science you know!" but all I heard was "We're pretty mediocre engineers, the success of our fragile product hangs by a single thread."

I wouldn't fund them.
