I'm not disappointed at all, great power and accuracy!
Very heavy too, I got tired after just 10 shots

The synthetic stock is heavier than the normal wooden stock and has the same shape as the HW97K, but cheaper also I'm not good at dealing wood so...
I do hope it last, considering some of my friends has springers that are past generation by generation and it's unlikely I buy any other guns.
Zeroed the scope (more or less, I was really tired after 3h of intense airsoft skirmish, couldn't hold the gun steadily), this thing makes one hole groups at 15-20m

I doubt I will procreate but if I do, I'm pretty confident the 97K will be handed down in pretty much the same condition it is now

Lol I was just saying some springers last quite long, not that I'm considering hand it down
JSB pellets aren't available in stores here the best I got are from Dynamite Noble and Norica, actually very good quality and german made as well.
The gun diesels very time when dry fire it (I know it's bad for the gun, only did 2 times), makes a really sharp bang. Not so noisy when firing pellets but still, I'm glad it has a suppressor.

Shame an you!(I know it's bad for the gun, only did 2 times), makes a really sharp bang.
Never do that again, it'll rape the gun in no time
You really don't want to do that with a piece of crafstmanship like this..
The springs used in the hw97k are not compareable to the ones in airsoft guns, they have much more power, and have the potential to seriously damage things.

This first time was curiosity, the second time was my friend, without my permission never again.
Jake said that he had 20mm-30mm grouping at 100, can't wait to try that distance.

Hehe, JSB heavy exact 4.52mm makes nice groups H&N's did like 10cm groups from that distance...
EDIT: and NEVER dry fire a springer, the RWS i got for free was dry, fired for once and the seal got raped so bad that the piston had to be hammered out of the chamber... For not even once i have dry fired my 97k and intending to keep it that way...

The few dry fires might have not raped the seal completely but it HAS weaken it, basically meaning that there is a large possibility that it will wear alot faster than it would without those...

Damn I didn't knew it was that bad... It's the first time I own a springer and in all these airgun forums some people does it, some doesn't... From the fragments of information I just had an idea that it's bad... Do I have to replace something ?

If it still works, don't bother. Still might work well for the next 10 000 shots so... But if you for even ONCE dry fire it more ill call Chuck Norris

A couple of dry-fires don't really hurt the gun, but they put a lot of stress on the seal and spring.
This happened to my HW45 after several years of use, it's not a tragedy though, just a matter of replacing the spring.
