Thanks! That's a good thing, should bring up the barrel pressure with heavier projectile. Also after some thought as recocking the hammer isn't exactly dead space (the hammer spring will act against the air pressure). So a little bit modification to the hammer unite should give me 400 fps with .20 and 1.4 bar barrel pressure should give a nice little kick,

If your valve isn't coaxial, inner diameter should be 0

You're right, I keep forgetting this part but only air volume changes with it? I'm not sure how to define a regulated air source so I guess all it changes it's the pressure drop, others shouldn't differ significantly.

Nope, but it's good to keep in mind when designing larger launchers.
