Far as I know, it depends on your desired pressure. If the pressure is low enough you could probably cast an epoxy block and machine it out to the proper shape.
If the pressure is high, you'll probably want to use pre-existing parts, like a T-joint. I don't think you can use a sprinkler valve, though.

Look to Amazon more QEVs and slide valves. There's loads of good stuff on Amazon and free shipping is nice in some cases.
