That's a different design to one I made a few years back from cans. I drilled way to many holes for the flames. You know, teenage mentality, 'MORE IS BETTER!!!'
Turns out it wasn't.
How much fuel was left once the pot was boiling?

I'd estimate it takes about 10 mL to boil a cup, possibly less than 20 mL to boil two. There was a good deal of fuel left over after boiling, but I didn't fill the thing completely.
My first attempt had a leak in the side and despite my efforts with foil tape didn't seal and turned into a flamethrower after the stove lit.

We've seen it JSR...not a development I'm excited about though.
Never a good thing to see our fun-projects turned serious by others.
No matter wich side they're on.

Not the direction one wants spudding to take, on the other hand its use as artillery is over 100 years old - and good to know that our skills will be of use in a post-apocalyptic world, which is what Syria with its "mad max" style of conflict currently reminds me of.

Well I have a Dr650 which I have pretty much build for adventure and enduro, though with slicker tires it does fine on tarmac...
