anyone know how to get 1/2 inch pipe off a finger?
Table saw. Don't worry, if it starts to cut into your finger it'll grab and rip it off quick enough so that it'll only hurt for a second...

Paper mache gun sounds pretty neat. It'll tear if it goes and it won't make any dangerous shrapnel. Plus, you can custom make all the fittings and crap you need and make all sorts of crazy designs...

Paper mache is strong, the ancient Chinese used it to make arrow shafts. Boil rice and drain off the water KEEP THE WATER, now put some salt on the rice, a little butter, and eat. Once finished take some more uncooked rice and grind it up, re-heat the rice-water and stir in the rice powder until thick, use this solution to make paper mache, I’ve heard it’s stronger than glue and water, and flower and water, plus rice is good!

I've putten some more thought into this last night.

Items required to make this device are simple: fiberglass mat, fiberglass resin, epoxy, cloth, Ozark Trails camping fan, 1" pipe hanger and a small scrap of aluminum, 1/4"-20 threaded rod, some hex nuts, and a lantern sparker.

Believe it or not, both fiberglass resin and mat and then epoxy and cloth are very strong construction materials when combined correctly. Last year, I pressed a bunch of layers of cloth between two weights with epoxy and let it dry for 24 hours. This layer of material stopped a pellet fired at around 600 fps. I would be willing to bet that a gun made of this material should be strong enough.

Plus, ever want the perfect barrel size for something? You can mold your barrel according to that object! No more searching for pipe with the exact right ID...

I like that paper mache idea. I think ill try it. Ill make the fitting shaped like PVC fittings and just glue them together with rice or flour glue. How would you make an end cap though? Maybe a flat piece and rubber bands?

Send me a sample and I’ll shoot it with my Gamo Shadow, and if that don’t work my .22, and if that don’t work my Hawken, equal weight powder and ball, no more fiberglass…

Dent!!! It’ll blow straight through!!! Wait how thick was the chunk? Are we talking under an inch or over two inches?
