This thing is so much fun! :D
It was my first combustion gun ever, and I'm still messing around with it. You can find the first version in the Showcase somewhere, but it'll be hard to find. Anyway, this version features a really cool match lighter, a bunch more duct tape (even some pink!), a stand, and a fun fuel mixture: oxy-propane!
I can usually get hairspray to shoot better than propane, becuse it's hard to get the mix right with propane, but if you flood it with oxygen first, it's a different story. Oxy-hairspray is damn loud, but so is normal hairspray.

I have one just like it! actually i gave it away because it wasnt worth a whole lot, but it was alot of fun. i think it was acctually as fun as my propane injected cannon. mine launched soda cans about 50-70 feet.

that is by far the best cannon on spudfiles (smirk smirk)

Have you tried oxy-propane? I think mine shoots about 50 feet, the fuel mix just makes it blow itself apart more.

no, i used axe and it went 50 feet, so i dont think you have it right if it only goes 50 feet.

mine was a cardbord mailing tube, il have to get another and try it. if it blows up it just cardbord

edit- like yours, i couldnt get it to work with propane, but it worked like a charm with axe.

As soon as i looked at that cannon. it just made me laugh. This is about the most unsafe cannon i have seen yet  yet it is so cool.
trying to decide on a new project, probably something small.

i remember my first one of these.....
mine was made of pringles cans......
NOTHING WOULD FIT
so i shoved a plastic soda bottle in
poured some lighter fluid down the chamber
and lit it
AMAZINGLY it fired right next to my ear, lit the cannon on fire, my deck on fire, and my clothing on fire, as well as ruining my hearing........ yes these are unsafe. but hey, theyre FUN.......

hi, like you said, yeah, it's just cardboard, but there's also a fireball and shockwave.
I tried a cardboard mailing tube too, I couldn't get it to shoot more than 3 feet. The one time it did shoot, the can probably went about 100 feet and the gun itself sounded literally as loud as a shotgun. That was with two mailing tubes though, because at Staples they only sell them in 2 packs.

To everyone else, yes, my friends and I shoot with the gun between our legs. I still don't have the balls (or am I just smart?) to shot with an oxy-propane mix between my legs.

Oh, and shame on you hi, Axe reeks. :bootyshake:
I couldn't find the right Smiley, so I'll just moon you.

...and you wouldn't have the balls after shooting with an oxy-propane fuel bomb like that between your legs either :P

Very true. :D
I like Smilies.

I also forgot to mention that in the first oxy-propane mix, it blew out the metal back of the Pringles can, so now it's just about 15 layers of duct tape.

I might get in trouble, especially after Pimpmann told me not to.
