Hi folks! I've been away, well, just not siging in and not posting much.
Hope that all is well with everyone here at SpudFiles.

Here is a re-make of one of my existing Cannons.

The Paintjob isn't yet finished, forgive me.

Intended ammo: Mini Pocket Vortex Nerf 2" diameter
1.5" Sprinkler Valve
2" Breech Loading slide port
Gauge
Safety Pop off Valve
4" Diameter Air Chamber
2" bore diameter, 52" Long effective length, from where the Nerf sits.

Performance:
With air charge of 40 psi, Nerf chronoed at 380 FPS.
At 30 psi, chronoed at 336 FPS.

That is a sweet cannon! I love the paintjob too. But... those bell rducers are DWV. since you're only taking it up to 40 psi, it's prolly ok, but just don't take it higher than that.

I pressure tested it to 120psi for 12 hours and it didn't blow up.

the dwv is fine if its stationary but if you drop it at that psi it will blow up.

Looks good, you gonna finish putting leaves on it to cover it more?

On the non-pressure side it's fine. Once it begins exhausting, the psi is dropping quite dramatically and instantly.
It doesn't have to hold static pressure on the downstream side.

edit: Also, the paintjob isn't finished, but thanks for the positive comments.
i thought i was using a base coat of the darker coyote, but...woops!
I still have at least two more paint sessions before it's done, it's way too light colored at the moment.

Funny!! HAHAHahahaa!!!

Actually, I do better paintjobs. Here is a Tippmann Model98 I re-built, painted USMC MarPat, using the correct color BaseCoat.
This is what it should be looking like.. I'm a dope for using the wrong basecoat on the Cannon. oh well.
