odd design, but i love it, maybe u can use something like a u trap and let the chamber be vertical, hooked right on ur shoulder. looks very very clean

Those look like DWV elbows, and you should definitely upgrade to a modded sprinkler valve.

finally i got it done. before i could shoot it the ball valve locked up and i got cought with another project. its done now and it works good. i didnt shoot it past 50 psi but with 45 it shot about 200'. ive been shooting hard packed snow balls about 3'' long. i got the pics here
in most of the pics i have a link to the movie i slapped together under the pic. there not the greatest and i will get better ones soon. 1 question what psi do you guys shoot with? im thinking i wont go past 75.

Thát's why i only use metal folks...
it starts at 300 psi for me
(biggest gun I ever made had a 26mm barrel. Can't afford brass compression fittings bigger than 28mm....
Thát's why you guys use PVC)If you know the pressure rating of the weakest part of your gun you know your limit.
or as the ancient chinese guy said...
just keep it 1 PSI under the big bang

i would love to go to metal, but i cant afford the fittings, and i cant afford a compressor to get me over 125 psi. i would have to use a chemical reaction of some sort to get that kinda power, and ive nearly blown myself up once with what amounted to a 5 foot long sch 40 dry ice bomb already (only thing that saved me was a pair of bolt cutters, otherwise, i would have found out first hand if pvc can be seen in x-rays).
