I have to ask, why solid? That is going to be heavy for a piston. I understand your after strength, but it doesn't have to be solid. I can do it any way you want it. It's up to you but think it through before committing to it. There's all ready plenty of intel here for studying.
I would want you to send me all the materials for a faster turn around time. Plus your only paying for shipping and labor. That really simplifies things...

Ive seen some made with a 1 1/4 coupling nd two plugs nd washer nd rubber washer but I want mine done perfectly

Interesting... have tried to make one like that myself but had some problems (I had mentioned it some where). How much would a 1/4 one cost? Note that I need a very very tiny gap for high mix, like 0.2 mm

I haven't found a local source for black delrin so that would be 12 euro posted, 8 euro posted for white delrin. The question is time, travelling for work in a few days and will be back to my tools at the beginning of March so you might have to wait until then.
