Shot a quick demo video.... had a jam but usually fires fine!?,Im pleased ,its very fun to shoot indeed,this was at only 100psi with my compressor . I want to rig up a portable HPA or co2 set up and take it to 200 psi

That's definitely not junk! You should be proud of the work you put into that stock especially. So I think there might be a bit of cleverness going on with the magazine (by the sound of the video it must have one?) how does it work? I think your disappointment with the performance has less to do with the fitting arrangement and chamber/barrel size and more to do with you not taking full advantage of the pressures it can take. If you can find a way to get your hand on CO2 or HPA, you can take it to the next level! BTW I have a 510mm Prometheus stainless steel 6.03mm tighbore barrel that I don't have a use for.
